Enforces the Fair Employment and Housing Act, (FEHA) Gov. Codes 12920 et seq. which prohibit Discrimination on the basis of Sex, Disability, Race, National origin, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Pregnancy and Age, prohibit sexual harassment on the job, give Famiy Medical Leave Rights, and prohibit retaliation for complaining about discrimination and/or harassment on the job.
